Excellent design. Perfect place for shopping and pubbing. Very elegant restaurant and waiter. Good size TV .NIce and helpful staff. Excellent exterior especially by night.

Very noisy in the room and bathroom (no carpets could be a reason ).Nobody on duty during the night in reception. No car park. No recommmend for relax.

I loved the decoration of the mini suite we booked .The breakfast was served by very pleasent staff,it was very central within easy walking distance of all amenities We loved our stay even booked an extra night

Beautiful escape in the city!

The place is super green and chill, a nice break from the hustle of Nairobi. The staff could be more responsive. My airport pick-up was over an hour late, and it was like they didn't believe me at first. Plus, the food was amazing! Got a yummy breakfast that hit the spot.

The hotel decor is very tasteful, staff were very friendly and a lovely warm feel to our stay there. Breakfast was good too and dining room was lovely. We stayed in executive room and the jacuzzi bath, large tv and dvd player were a bonus given that my partner was unwell for part of our trip.

just 2 minor points ... the room was a little on the narrow side. We left the Do Not Disturb sign up on the room door however when we returned someone had cleaned the room. Some would argue this is good service, i found it a little intrusive as we had left all our belongings in the room while we went for a quick walk

The Fairview Hotel is a culinary treasure! I savored their diverse breakfast spread. The lush gardens create a peaceful sanctuary in the heart of Nairobi, and the staff was super friendly and eager to help. Plus, the pool area offered a good escape!

A full mirror in the bedroom would be a game-changer! I wished the front desk had better info on local eateries, but it didn't dim my stay.

Excellent Service

On sde of very busy and noisy street

Staff were more than friendly, all areas of The Fairview were spotlessly clean, interior of hotel was beautiful and extremely homely and welcoming - the little touches around the corridors etc. really added to the place such as ligh fixtures and candles etc. Brakfast was also lovely again very friendly waiting staff as were the accomodation staff.

No complaints whatsoever!!
